We use a St. Louis style rib...

big n’ meaty. Dry rubbed with our perfect blend of fresh spices then smoked for up to 5 hours until the meat bites clean off the bone. We finish them with our Smoky Sweet Sauce.

Our Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Beef Brisket and Brisket Tip “SAMMICHES” are served on a sweet ‘n buttery, Premium Brioche Bun.

Our St. Louis RIBS are so good they’ll tickle your taste buds with gladness. All of our exceptional sauces and sides are homeade and original recipes. Everything at OinkADoodleMoo is so Fabulous...so Delicious...we had to create a new word for it...FABULICIOUS!

Oink

Our pork is a winner! We smoke our pork shoulders for over 12 hours to perfection, then pull them by hand when ordered. You’ll find it to be, smoky, tender and juicy. In 2010 our “Oink Sammich” was voted People’s Choice Best Bar-B-Que at the Taste of Miami Valley and in 2011 was rated the “Best Sandwhich” at the same event!

Doodle

Our pulled chicken is slow smoked for hours and hand pulled from the bone. You’ll find it tremendously moist with a nice smoke flavor.

Moo

Brisket is known as one of the toughest meats on the planet to cook, but has been perfected at OinkADoodleMoo! Our sliced brisket has a great, smoky flavor and is served moist and delicious every time.

Brisket Tips are called burnt ends in some regions of the country. After smoking for 12 hours, we cut off the top portion of the brisket, cube it and cook it to caramelized perfection in our Smoky Sweet Sauce and fresh dry rub.

The ODM Brioche (BREE-OSHE) Bun

Our premium brioche is a rich, buttery bun; hearty enough to hold up to the natural juices of barbecued meats and sauce without breaking down; while adding a touch of sophistication to the great tradition of OinkADoodleMoo BBQ!

THE E-I-E-I-O

Smoky Sweet

Our Take on Tradition. A sweet tomato-based sauce with honey and brown sugar.

Sizzlin’

We build on our Smoky Sweet, taking some edge off of the sweet and replacing it with heat. This flavorful sauce is spicy, not hot and will leave a nice burn, but won’t hang with you all day.

YellaBelly

A Carolina style mustard sauce. Sweet, Tangy and Delicious!

Tart ‘n Tangy

A Carolina vinegar base that hits you with a nice bite from the vinegar and a flavorful finish.

Slaw’d

People always give our Founder a hard time because he puts our Sweet ‘n Creamy Slaw on EVERYTHING, but try it and you’ll understand. Slaw just makes great BBQ…even better!
